    This is not healthy in any way shape or form. Keto does not mean having all kinds of loaded artificial flavors or natural flavors in the ingredients list. I’m all for low sugar or no sugar added desserts, but this group of Nick’s products is very misleading and a lot of marketing hype. In the vanilla ice cream, for instance, there is no mention of vanilla or vanilla bean or vanilla flavoring in the ingredients list. I do not need to continue eating stuff that has added chemicals that I don’t know what they are. And now food scientists are questioning the fake sugars like sorbitol and erythritol.

    I got one at the grocery store. I realized that they are different pints in the same ice cream with different carbs and calories counted. The one I got says the net carbs are 5g a pint but the math doesn’t make sense if you read the ingredients. The front says 250 calories and 5g per pint. The ingredients state per pint: 250 calories, 67g carbs, 22g fiber, and 19g sugar alcohol. That would be 26g of carbs per pint. Not was advertised on the front. If you look at the per serving which is 2/3 cup it states: 80 calories, 22g carbs, fiber 7g, and sugar alcohol 6g. This should be false advertising. I don’t think I can eat this.
