Coupons, Discounts & Deals

  • We recommend checking your discount code has no typos or unseen spaces. Discount codes are case-sensitive, and can only be redeemed once, and can only be applied once per order.

  • Our coupons have a print limit per customer. If you have not printed coupons before, make sure your browser or device capabilities don't have any restrictions that could stop your coupons from printing from your internet connection.

  • Okej, when it comes to shipping price, there are a lot of factors: dry ice, thermal packaging, 2-day delivery, and quality assurance to ensure your ice cream arrives very köld. This takes a lot of time and people! In general this makes shipping more expensive than shopping at the store.

    If price is an issue for you, let us know and we'll be happy to send you some coupons for our store locations!

    If you don't find any N!CK'S near your location, please leave us a request! You can also deliver any of our 16 exclusive flavors directly to our door from our online shop.


  • Each flavor has different nutritional facts, which can be found in their product description from our online shop.

  • Our ice creams have no added sugars! To learn more about the sweeteners used in our ice creams visit our nutrition page, Sweet Nutritional Science.

  • We do not use any synthetic ingredients or artificial sweeteners. For more information on our nutritional science, please visit our nutritional page on how we create our plant-powered ice cream.

  • Only four of our sixteen flavors contain gluten:

    - Triple Choklad
    - Cherry Choka-Fläka
    - Peanöt Butter Cup
    - Cookies and Kräm

    These flavors contain wheat allergens in their crumbles and bits. 

  • We currently do not have any dairy-free options, because our vegan line is dairy-full! Check out our FAQs regarding our vegan line here.

  • Yes! We are so excited to now offer our new line of vegan flavors, through our partnership with Perfect Day. You can find these flavors in our shop.


  • Ja! Most of our pints have an average of 4-7 net carbs per serving.

  • Nutritional Facts are required by the FDA to round calories to the closest interval of 10. For integrity, we always round our calories per serving up, which compared to per pint may be higher (even though it's actually lower!).

  • Math!! N!CK’S has between 4g to 7g of net carbs:
    Net carbs = carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols (Erythritol, etc.) - Allulose

  • Sweet science from Sweden! We never use any synthesized ingredients or artificial sweeteners. We're always striving for new ways nutritional science can benefit our health without compromising the taste or texture of ice cream.

    All of our products contain coconut oil, and we cannot promise cross-contaminations between our flavors with nuts and without nuts in our facilities.

  • Our ice creams do not contain soy.

  • Unfortunately, no. Our products should be never be considered treats for your pets.

  • Please contact support@nicks.com with your updates immediately.

    We can't guarantee the update, but contacting us as early as possible is always better. And orders can't be updated after 24 hours.

  • Start with checking to see if the charge went through on your bank account. Also check your N!CK'S cart to see if your order is still in the checkout process. Also check your for a confirmation in your email's promotions or SPAM folder.

    If you have a charge on your account and no confirmation from N!CK'S, then check if you used the correct email address. Check any secondary email inboxes to make sure your order confirmation didn't go to these addresses instead.

    If you are still troubleshooting finding your order confirmation from here, please contact our support team at support@nicks.com.

  • Unfortunately, when you receive your tracking number, this means your package is already in-transit. At that point it's out of our hands. Our recommendation would be to contact UPS support immediately to intercept or forward your package to your address.

  • Start by clicking the person icon in the upper right hand corner of our homepage. From there, try logging in with the email address you placed the order with. If the email isn't recognized, you never made an account. Click "create one" and enter the necessary information, using the same email address tied to your subscription.

    Once your account is created, you can adjust flavor choices, subscription frequency, delivery and billing addresses and information, and pause or skip a subscription order.

    If you still are having issues accessing your account, please email support@nicks.com.

  • Our subscriptions are a 3-successful-deliveries minimum commitment, but after your three successful deliveries, you can cancel at any time. We're sad to see you go, but if you do need to cancel your subscription, simply email support@nicks.com and our support team will be able to help you out.

    A subscription order can only be cancelled before the order is auto-placed. Once your order is processed, we cannot issue a refund. We can, however, cancel your subscription and any future scheduled orders.

  • You can skip scheduled deliveries your subscription anytime directly from your account by logging into your subscription manager page accessible from www.nicks.com.


  • We ship to all 48 continental US states. Addresses must be residential locations not including commercial businesses, P.O. Boxes, and gated entryways.

  • UPS 2-Day Ground.

  • During the holiday season, due to increased shipping demand and the delicate nature of our ice creams, we will not ship between 12/19/20 - 1/3/21. All order placed during this time will begin shipping on 1/4/21. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team, who will be active during this time.

    Orders ship within 48 hours of being processed. Currently, due to additional measures we're taking to ensure the health and safety of our fulfillment teams, order processing can take up to 5 days after the order is placed. You'll receive an update once your order has been processed, and another once your order has shipped. If you don't receive a shipment notification within 48 hours of the processed notification, please reach out to support@nicks.com with your order number.

  • All of our orders are scheduled and packed to be received within 48 hours of the order being shipped. If your order seems to be delayed after you've received a shipment confirmation, please reach out to support@nicks.com.

  • UPS 2-Day Ground services shipping for $15 per delivery, depending on your location and order size.

  • Our packages typically ship within 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. There may be delays if you place your order on Thursdays or Fridays or if shipping demands are higher than anticipated.

Damages & Claims

  • That's impossible! Just kidding. We love to get feedback. Let our team know what we could do better by emailing hello@nicks.com.

  • Your satisfaction is always our number one priority! But we can't make guarantees on online orders after 24 hours of their arrival. And we can't make promises because shipping delays are usually outside of our control.

  • Please contact your store of purchase. You can find their info on our product locator. Unfortunately, we have limited abilities to help with refunds made at these stores, but we hope the store can help you!

  • Please email support@nicks.com with the following info if you have it:

    - Location

    - Quantity 
    - Pint Lot Number (located underside of carton)

  • If your package arrives in a less-than-cool condition, please contact support@nicks.com within 24 hours of its arrival with the following to make a claim:

    - Customer Name and email from purchase
    - Order Number (from your confirmation)
    - Photos & details of your package's condition upon arrival

    Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. Once approved, we can either remedy the situation with a replacement order, store credit value, or full refund.

  • Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If you experience any issues with your order that would warrant a return, please reach out to support@nicks.com, and our team will assist in making the situation right.

Nick's Vegan

  • Yes! Nick's Vegan is made with Perfect Day's animal-free dairy protein which is 100% vegan. It is made without animals and with zero compromise on taste and nutrition. We’ve found a way to make dairy proteins – whey and casein, the same proteins in cow’s milk – through a process of fermentation with microflora.

  • Perfect Day is reimagining dairy protein without cows. They’ve invented the world’s first real milk proteins made without animals, so you can enjoy the real taste, texture, and nutrition of dairy — but produced sustainably and without the downsides of factory farming, lactose, hormones, or antibiotics.

  • Because the animal-free dairy proteins are identical to those found in cow’s milk, they deliver the same creamy, melty, silky taste and texture of conventional dairy, that plant-based alternatives just can’t match. 

  • Yes! Flora-made dairy protein is made without the use of animals. And with the same amazing texture of traditional dairy, there’s zero compromise on taste and nutrition.   • Nej! Our ice creams are all made in facilities that also handle gluten. So if you have a severe gluten allergy, all our ice creams, including our new vegan flavors, are nej for you.

  • Since Perfect Day makes real dairy protein (casein and whey), we encourage you to take the same precautions with products containing Perfect Day’s protein as you would with any other food containing dairy, and to rely on the expertise of a health professional. Our policy is to include an allergen disclaimer on products containing Perfect Day animal-free dairy protein, e.g. “Contains: Milk protein.”

  • We, along with Perfect Day, do not support or condone the use of animal testing. Since the beginning, Perfect Day has been motivated by a desire to bring a more compassionate approach to food manufacturing. 

    But what Perfect Day is pioneering – making dairy protein (casein, whey) without animals – has never been done before. It’s an entirely new category of food ingredients, not because of what it is but because of how it is made. 

    In order to establish that a new ingredient is safe for human consumption, governmental regulatory agencies require extensive food safety tests. For new ingredients these tests often require animal testing to ensure safety for human consumption. While we do not condone the exploitation of animals for either consumption or product testing, this step is, unfortunately, a requirement for obtaining approval. 

    We fully support replacing animal testing with other validated methods to ensure the safety of new food ingredients and always ensure that these animal testing studies are conducted by accredited third-party facilities that follow proper animal welfare guidelines.
