Nick’s story kicks off with our founder, Niclas - aka the man who refused to give up his sweets! Back in 2013, Niclas was facing a pre-diabetic diagnosis, but the guy had a serious weakness for chocolate and ice cream. And let’s just say, giving them up wasn’t an option. Being a mechanical engineer by trade (and a stubborn one at that), he teamed up with a food enthusiast and started experimenting. We’re talking thousands of tries!
Then, boom! The first Nick’s products were born - delicious treats that didn’t make you choose between flavor and health. The rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward to today, and Nick’s has expanded into candy, protein bars, ice cream, and sweeteners in 15 markets globally.
