    This ice cream was a real treat the case I got did arrive 100% melted so not sure this affected flavor or not after refreezing but customer service started off helpful but then wanted pictures of box days after it was thrown away and pictures of the melted ice cream after I had already told them I was trying to freeze it. But the product was ok o just don’t know if it would have been better without freezing melting and then freezing again?
